Plymouth Athenaeum appoints new Lecture Secretary

We are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Honorary Lecture Secretary.

Dr Patrick Holden takes over from Father Gregory Carpenter, who stood down from the role at the end of the 2017-18 lecture series.

We would like to put on record our thanks to Father Gregory for his dedicated service in putting together a varied and interesting lecture programme in recent years.

Patrick is an Associate Professor in the School of Law, Criminology and Government (Faculty of Business) at the University of Plymouth.
His position encompasses research and teaching in relation to International Political Economy, the European Union in the World, International Development Policy, Global Governance and Regional Integration.

The 2018-19 programme of lectures will commence on Thursday, 27th September (7.30pm).
