Dr Patrick Holden discusses ‘Visions of International Cooperation after COVID-19’.
Patrick is an Associate Professor in the School of Law, Criminology and Government at the University of Plymouth.
His work encompasses research and teaching in relation to International Political Economy, the European Union in the World, International Development Policy, Global Governance and Regional Integration.
