There is excellent visibility of all the stage from every seat. Everyone, including young children, must have a seat. Mobile phones must be turned off. No form of video/photography or audio recording is permitted.

Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 11.00am. - 4.00pm. & for at least 30 minutes before each performance for tickets for that performance only. See members' page for holiday closures.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted with a £1.00 booking charge per booking. Please make cheques payable to: ' The Plymouth Athenaeum'. Tickets can be sent 1st class post for a charge of 50p or sent free if you provide a SAE. Reserved tickets will be held for 3 working days and then released 15 minutes before the start of the show if they have not been paid for.
Resales
Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded unless a performance is postponed or cancelled. Tickets may be accepted for resale, but will only be sold after all our tickets have been sold. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be re-sold. Concessions are available on full price tickets when the hiring company deems it.
Late Admittance.
The Management reserves the right to refuse, or restrict entry, until a suitable break/interval within a performance.
For the Disabled.
Induction Loop System. 2 wheelchair spaces and 2 seats for carers. Other wheelchair users must be 'transferees' and each accompanied by a carer. For all wheelchair users advanced booking is advisable. Toilet for the disabled. Side entrance ramp to the auditorium (not the Box Office) for wheel chairs. All other access to the theatre is by steps. There is no adjacent parking, but a drop off point only. The nearest car park is the Theatre Royal Car Park, 100 yds to the East. A stair lift is available on request
